While we plan our fly fishing season carefully each year, conditions in Alaska can be unpredictable. At times, flooding events in August may require us to end our season earlier than anticipated, meaning our closing date is never fully guaranteed.
If we are forced to cancel your trip due to unsafe conditions caused by flooding, you will receive a 100% refund - no exceptions. Your safety always comes first, and we appreciate your understanding when it comes to operating in a dynamic wilderness environment.

Weather in Alaska can be unpredictable, so we suggest you bring lots of layers on your trip to Denali, such as extra socks, a rain jacket, warm layers, hat, etc. Other things to bring on a fishing trip include a sun protection hat, snacks, water bottle, sunscreen, deet-free bug spray, sunglasses (we recommend polarized), and a bag to store your items in.
Our trips are designed for guests in good health and physical condition. All participants must be able to walk or stand for three to four hours at a time. You must be able to walk up to a mile over uneven terrain and wade in shallow streams as part of these trips. Clients of all ages over 12 are welcome. We will guide everyone from the experienced fly fisherman looking to check Arctic Grayling off their bucket list, to beginners looking to step off the road system for a few hours and learn the art of fly fishing in some of the most beautiful terrain in our state.
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the trip will have deposits refunded minus a 10% cancellation charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip will have no refund.
